It's the Final Countdown!! *enter guitar solo.* Okay, ladies. I know personally, we have DOZENS of women competing the next three weeks (and the past two) for their pageants.
Ergo, it's time to lock in those final elements of prep that will make or break you.
We've got 6 (and a bonus 7th) steps for you to ensure you'll be in the right mental state, physiological state, and overall a normal human. (We don't play the mean girl game around here to have to win.) Fun Fact: That = Insecurity. No bueno.
