Megan fell in love with fitness almost 20 years ago when she hired her first trainer at 19, to compete for her dream of Miss Louisiana Teen USA (which she won!) After achieving this dream, she took a step back and noticed that she had transformed on the outside yes, but the inside too. She got certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist shortly after, and has been helping women ever since. Specifying in helping women achieve whatever body THEY want (not what Megan wants FOR them) has made her incredibly successful over the past 20 years. With her specific knowledge in body composition, she helps women to shave off inches they've been struggling with for years.
